Author Visits & Workshops
...............................................................................................................................

Selina has been sharing her journey making books for children in schools, libraries, conferences, and at book festivals across America since she began publishing over twenty years ago.
Selina's presentation is always changing because with each book she works on she has new experiences she wants to share. She alters her presentation or workshop depending on the age of the audience and/or the needs of the school.
Many organizations have collaborated with Selina, including the Society of Illustrators, the Brooklyn Public Library, the Tenement Museum, an Open Book, Start Lighthouse, and Behind the Book.
Selina loves to travel! Nowadays she is doing Zoom events as well as in-person visits. When visiting schools remotely, she enjoys showing her audience where she works, the supplies she uses, and the big messes she makes!
